In fact, we encourage you to get us involved early in the design phase. This way, we can provide estimated building costs, timelines, and feedback from a construction perspective before your plans are finalised.

  • We can build a home from scratch that is uniquely tailored to your aesthetic vision, living requirements, and lifestyle preferences.

  • With several years of carpentry experience in this space, we have a keen interest in building homes that go beyond conventional design. Whether it be a new build or renovation, we’ll work in close collaboration with your architect to create a home that is uniquely tailored to you while combining function and aesthetic beauty.

  • We love character projects. Honouring the integrity of your home, we can restore its original and ornate features, while making the necessary updates to meet contemporary standards of comfort, functionality, and safety.

  • We can deliver extensive contemporary renovations to modernise your home’s aesthetics, layout, finishes, functionality, and technology. Works may include demolition and a complete strip out to make way for a contemporary floor plan with new cabinetry, flooring, windows, architraves, skirting, lighting, fixtures, fittings, and so on.

  • We can deliver extensions and additions to increase the existing space within your home or create a new space. These types of projects vary hugely and can include anything from extending your main living area to adding a new bathroom, building a separate studio, adding a second floor, and more.

  • Drawing from our own experiences in renovating and building, we can assist with interior design selections, such as fixtures, fittings, colours, materials, flooring, window dressings and lighting. Through a collaborative effort, we’ll do this by discussing your overall vision, developing and fine-tuning mood boards, ordering samples, and managing a detailed schedule of your chosen selections. We’re also happy to work alongside your architect or interior designer.
